One of the things I love the most about Sweden is the quirky special days they have. Like semla day, or name days. But today is my favorite one.
Forget christmas or new years. Today is cinnamon bun day. The fluffy bun is a must have for a classic swedish fika. Definitely my favorite bun, for my favorite day.
